One individual session at 60 minutes in length

Save 10% when you purchase multiple sessions at once. This package includes 4 60-minute sessions (total of 240 minutes).


6 Life Coaching Sessions

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching is quite different from therapy; therapy is intended to help individuals recover from emotional or other psychological issues such as depression and anxiety. Coaching is intended to help individuals achieve personal goals such as increase happiness, loss weight, or improve work-life balance. Here are some of the differences between coaching and therapy:

  • Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Therapy focuses on dealing with the past.
  • Coaching is driven by goals and taking action. Therapy is driven by unresolved issues and feelings.
  • Coaching is results-based and focuses on exploring solutions. Therapy explores the root of the problem and offers explanations.
How can working with a recovery coach help me change my behaviors?

A recovery coach is a person that works with and supports individuals immersed in addiction(s) and coaches people in recovery from the abuse of alcohol and drugs, gambling, eating disorders or other addictive behaviors. A recovery coach can assist in getting you connected to both traditional and non-traditional 12-step programs, along with teaching the tools and skills necessary to live a life free from addiction and the negative consequences as a result of the addiction to embrace a full and happy life.

What does it mean to be mindful and why is it important to develop a practice?

The meaning of mindful is the act of being present and aware of the current moment you are in.  It is focusing on the here and now, not looking backward and the past or into the future, it is being where you are fully so that you can embrace the gifts and be the most effective.

Developing a practice of mindfulness can help you bring balance into your life, take hold of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to be able to respond effectively in each and every moment to reduce guilt, shame and remorse allowing you to live wholeheartedly and truly happy.

What is a Relationships Coach and can they save my marriage?

A relationships coach specializes in helping people find greater fulfillment in their personal relationships through assisting them to set relationship goals, understand your partnership and thrive inside your marriage. 

A relationship coach can not save your marriage; however, might be able to help you untangle love knots, clarify relationship issues, determine what we can and cannot control and brings a light of awareness into the hidden corners of resentment, fear, and avoidance.

Support is provided so that you can get through the difficulties you encounter daily through phone coaching and one-on-one in-person sessions.  I will provide you with resources available in the community to assist in manifesting your goals.


You will receive consistent encouragement to look beyond what you think your capabilities are much like a cheerleader without judgment of where you are currently through consistent honest, supportive, and open dialogue.


I will provide you with an array of tools and skills to manage emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to make positive changes in your life and manifest your personal goals.


I will be accountable to you through being present for you when we are dialoguing whether in person, on the phone, and through email.  I will respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours and I ask that you complete all your assignments, attend every session, and practice and use the skills/tools provided daily.
